MAH BHMCT CET 2026 Application Deadline Extended: New Date March 4, Check Eligibility and How to Apply

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has decided to extend the application deadline for admission to MAH, BHMCT, BCA, BBA, BBM and BMS courses, keeping in mind the academic interest of candidates. Eligible and interested students can fill the registration form till March 4, 2026, via the official website of MAH CET. Earlier it was scheduled to February 16, 2026. 

According to the official schedule, the entrance examination will be held from 28th to 30th April in computer-based test (CBT) mode for admission into BHMCT, BBA, BMS, BCA, Integrated MBA, and Integrated MCA programmes for the 2026-27 academic session.

APAAR ID Mandatory for MAH BHMCT CET Registration

Both the APAAR ID and the Aadhaar ID were required for CET registration. Due to the technical difficulties faced by the candidates, the CET Cell has clarified that Aadhaar authentication will remain the preferred mode of verification for CET 2026 registration. In the recent notice, it has requested candidates who have not initiated their APAAR ID generation to do so via DigiLocker before submitting the application form.

Candidates who wish to apply for MAH CET 2026 must complete the registration process by 4 March 2026 by following these steps:

Step 1 - Eligible and interested candidates can visit the official website https://cetcell.mahacet.org/.

Step 2 - Click on the link CET Examination Portal for A.Y 206-27.

Step 3 - Click on the Register option.

Step 4 - Register by providing all the required information.

Step 5 - Log in to the portal again using the registration number and password.

Step 6 - Fill the application form correctly and upload the required documents.

Step 7 - Pay the registration fee to complete online registration.

Step 8 - Submit the form and download the confirmation page for further reference.
