Karnataka Examinations Authority has extended the last date to apply for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 once again. Students who have not filled out the form can now register till 11:59 pm on February 27, 2026, through the official website. Candidates who have submitted their UG KCET 2026 application can review it and make corrections by logging in with their credentials.
The last date to pay the application fee has also been extended to 5:30 pm on March 3, 2026.
The KCET 2026 application deadline has been extended for the second time. Earlier, the last date to register was February 22, and the fee could be paid until February 24. KEA gave this extension after many students asked for more time to complete their registration. By February 21, around 3.15 lakh students had registered for the KCET 2026 exam.
The KCET 2026 exam will be held on April 23 and 24, 2026. It is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Nursing, and Veterinary Sciences in Karnataka.

KCET 2026 Registration: Step by Step Process
Step 1: Visit cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, click New Registration, fill in your details, and get your login ID and password
Step 2: Fill the Form by entering your personal and academic information
Step 3: Select your course and the nearby exam centre (cannot be changed later)
Step 4: Upload all the required Documents like photo, signature, and 10th & 12th mark sheets
