The Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore) is one of the newer Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and is located in Madhya Pradesh. The MS Research programme in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at IIT Indore is a two-year, research-focused Master’s program. The first two semesters include coursework, while the last two semesters are fully devoted to thesis research. Applications are usually invited in March/ April.
Eligibility:
Candidates with a B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and a valid GATE score in CSE/IT can apply.
IIT graduates with a CPI/CGPA of 8.0 or above do not need a GATE score.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with first class/first division (minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI/CGPA on a 10-point scale). Relaxation in marks is provided to the reserved categories. A JAM score is required for admission.
