The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has conducted Class 10 exams from 15 February to 18 March 2025, and Class 12 exams from 15 February to 4 April 2025. As evaluation comes close to completion by late April, results are expected to become live from 1st May to 10 May 2025. Though no official fixed date has been confirmed. As per Collegehai, by studying past trends of result deceleration, Class 10 results are expected to be declared in the second week of May, and Class 12th results in the first week of May.

Because something similar happened in mid-May during 2023 as well as 2024, a similar announcement in 2025 would probably also take place during mid-May.
How to Check Your Test Results
Once officially released, students are able to get their results from various platforms:
Official CBSE websites: Go to cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.gov.in and submit your roll number, school code, and birthdate to access your results.
DigiLocker: Download the DigiLocker mobile app or go to digilocker.gov.in to get your digital marksheet.
UMANG App: Students can check their results through UMANG mobile app.
SMS and IVRS: CBSE can offer choices of receiving results through SMS or the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).
To access the results, a student needs to provide his/her roll number, school code, and date of birth, as guided on the website.
Post-Result Procedures
After the declaration of results, there are opportunities for unsatisfied students to go for rechecking or re-evaluation of their answer sheets. CBSE shall make detailed information as well as timeframes, available on its official website about these processes.
Also, students who failed in a single or multiple subjects will be able to appear for compartment exams. The board shall declare the schedule and procedure for appearing in these exams shortly after announcing the main results.
Conclusion
However, both parents and students are advised to continue following CBSE’s official channels for real-time alerts and notices to ensure a hassle-free result-checking experience along with follow-up academic planning.
