IIM Bangalore placement cell has released reports of 512 students bagging 606 offers from 164 recruiters in 2023. The average CTC was pegged at ₹35.31 LPA, with a median of ₹33 LPA. Consulting was the leading sector hiring 43% of the batch, followed by finance (14%) and general management (12%). Top recruiters included Accenture, McKinsey, Amazon, BCG, Bain & Company, and Tata Consultancy Services. The institute had 291 pre-placement offers, out of which 209 were accepted.
