BITSAT 2025 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by BITS Pilani for admission into its B.E., B.Pharm, and M.Sc. programs. BITSAT 2025 session 1 registration link is available on the official site bitsadmission.com. Eligible candidates can complete the BITSAT 2025 Application Form online by visiting the official website. Students can complete the application form before the last 18 April 2025. Application forms will not be accepted after the last date. BITSAT 2025 shall be conducted in two sessions. Session 1 exam will be held from 26 May to 30  May 2025, while session 2 exam will be held from 22 June to 26 June 2025. BITSAT 2025 is a computer-based test.

BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) is a highly competitive online entrance exam conducted by BITS Pilani for admission to its undergraduate programs in engineering, pharmacy, and related fields. The exam is held annually for candidates seeking admission to B.Tech, B.Pharm, and other programs at BITS Pilani, BITS Goa, and BITS Hyderabad campuses.

Eligibility criteria for BITSAT require candidates to have passed their 12th class exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects, and they must gain at least 75% marks in these subjects. Additionally, candidates should have scored at least 60% in each core subject. Candidates proficient in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning through multiple-choice questions. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours. Registration starts on 21  January, and closed date is 18 April for session 1.

BITS pilani has published BITSAT Exam Criteria online on their website, here more details below: 

  • Candidate must have qualified 12 classes / equivalent from recognized board and university 

  • Compulsory subject is physics , maths , chemistry 

  • Cadidates 12th classes also 2024 batch also eligible for exam 

  • Students  must gain at least 75% marks in these subjects. Additionally candidates should have scored a minimum of 60% in each of the core subjects like physics, maths , chemistry and biology if chosen .

  • There is no age limit for the BITSAT exam .

The BITSAT 2025 application form window started on 21 January 2025. The students interested in applying will be on 18 April, which is the last date for session 1. Here are some steps of the application process 

  1. Visit Website: Go to the official BITS Pilani admission website.

  6. Pay Fees: The application fee is INR 3500 for male candidates and INR 3000 for female candidates for one session. For both sessions, it's INR 5500 for male candidates and INR 4500 for female candidates. Pay the fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

  7. Submit Form: After filling in all details and paying the fee, submit the application form online.

  8. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS upon successful submission.

The BITSAT 2025 Cutoff is the minimum score required to secure admission to the top programs at BITS Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses. Cutoff depends on factors like several applicants, exam difficulty, and program popularity. For competitive programs like Computer Science at Pilani, the cutoff is expected to be 330- 340 to around, while Other programs like Mechanical Engineering may require 270–280. 

Goa and Hyderabad are lower cutoffs if you see another, making them a good choice for students with scores below Pilani requirements. The 2024 cutoffs showed  CSE at Pilani closing at 327, compared to 380 in 2023.
