The selection process includes evaluation of the academic profile, entrance test score, oral extempore presentation, and personal interview. For undergraduate programs like BBA (Hons.) and B.Com (Hons.), students must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) from a recognised board and must appear for the Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test (AUSAT), followed by a personal interview. For the Ph.D. in Management, a candidate must have a master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories), preferably with a minimum of two years of work experience. For Ph.D. selection, Alliance Research Aptitude Test (ARAT)score, an interview, and a review of the research proposal are required.
