IIM Sirmaur completed its final placements for the MBA batch of 2023–25 with a 100% placement record. More than 225 companies, including 50 new recruiters, took part in the drive, offering roles in Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT/Analytics, and Sales & Marketing.
The average package was INR 13.3 LPA, and the highest domestic offer reached INR 28.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiters were Deloitte, IDBI Bank, Tata Power, IGT, SBICAPS, Tresvista, AIR INDIA, EY, CRISIL, Satsuru, Riya, Adani, HSBC, Tech Mahindra, Pwc, Hero, Club Mahindra, etc.

Apart from on campus placements approximately 10% of the graduating batch (total 28 students) secured off-campus offers with reputed recruiters as Hyundai, Vayana, Vassar Labs, Vardhman Textiles, Citara, and American Express etc. These job roles were each pursued and secured by students, and their authenticity was confirmed by the institute.
The campus here is 100% vibrant and has a guest house, MDP centre, have multiple well-equipped living rooms, sufficient fully air-conditioned classrooms, office space, and a big lounge with excellent support systems & softwares and (AV) equipment etc with a lot of rest areas too.
