Good news for students aiming for higher studies in science. The Indian Institute of Technology Joint Admission Test (IIT JAM) 2026 authorities have extended the application correction deadline. Candidates can now make necessary changes to their submitted forms until November 13, 2025. The earlier deadline was November 10, 2025.
IIT JAM is a national-level entrance exam that allows students to secure admission to postgraduate science programs such as M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech.), MS (Research), and M.Sc–M. Tech Dual Degree programs. These courses are offered at IITs, IISc, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs).
IIT JAM 2026 Application Correction Window
November 13, 2025, is the new date for the online application correction feature, which was first made available on November 1, 2025. Students can carefully check their forms and make sure all the information is correct, thanks to the additional time. Corrections can only be made by students who successfully submitted their IIT JAM 2026 applications between September 5, 2025, and October 20, 2025.
