IIM Sirmaur, Futurense Roll Out India’s First AI + MBA Program for Mid-Career Professionals

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur launched India’s first MBA program with Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration for working professionals. It is a two-year program developed in collaboration with Futurenese Technologies as an Admissions and Industry Partner. The MBA AI integrated course is dedicated to mid-career managers for a business environment where AI is involved in almost every business decision. The MBA with native AI program is for working professionals who have at least two years of experience and do not have any prior coding knowledge.

This online program includes two years of on-campus sessions at the IIM Sirmaur campus, which helps learners to understand how AI transforms business operations, improve productivity, support data-driven decision making, manage teams, and more. The program also trains professionals to work effectively with AI-integrated systems and teams. 

Futurense Technologies, as the program’s industry partner, enhances this real-world orientation by supporting students with actual business workflows, enterprise-level problem statements, and direct training in tools currently used by leading AI organisations. 

AI Integrated MBA Programme Structure

The program combines management education with hands-on AI applications. This MBA program for working professionals provides five specialisations that reflect the changing needs of current industries. These five specialised programs are:

• AI-Powered Finance and Fintech

• Marketing and Growth with AI 

• AI in Operations and Supply Chain Management

• AI-Enabled Tourism Management 

• Business Transformation with AI and Agentic AI

Participants will gain hands-on experience with over 30 industry-leading tools such as ChatGPT, Tableau, Looker Studio, Zapier, and LangChain. They will have the opportunity to create AI-driven business workflows, providing practical experience beyond typical classroom instruction. No prior coding skills are necessary, and the program is open to working professionals with at least two years of experience.
