In view of various requests from students, the NTA has decided to extend the deadline for CUET PG 2026 till 23 January 2026. This would enable more students to apply for the test without any last-minute problems. The CUET PG 2026 Examination is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission in various postgraduate courses in central, state, deemed, and participating universities across the nation of India.

The updated dates released by NTA provide clarity on the new deadlines for application submission, fee payment, and the correction window.

CUET PG Highlights of the Update

• Application Deadline: Candidates are to submit the application forms online before 23 January 2026.

• Fee Payment Flexibility: The extended date for submitting the fee, 25 January 2026, allows more time for applicants to complete the transactions.

• Correction Window: The correction in the Application Forms will be allowed from 28 to 30 January 2026 through the official Correction portal.

How to Apply and Make Corrections

Step 1: Visit the official NTA CUET PG portal https://exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/ 

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the Registration for CUET PG 2026 tab.

Step 3: On the window that opens, find the link for New registration and click on it.

Step 4: Fill in all the details like personal, educational and other details which are required and submit it.

Step 5: Take out the final print of the submitted application form for future use.
