The 2025 final placement report has once again cemented the image of theIndian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) as one of the best business schools in India. The institute recorded a 100 per cent placement rate in its flagship Post Graduate Programme (PGP), Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) and Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGPHRM).
The 225 recruiters who visited the campus enabled students to get various positions in the fields of consulting, finance, IT/analytics, and HR, as the industry is highly in need of IIM Indore graduates.
IIM Indore Salary Packages & Highlights
Consulting became the most prevalent industry with 35.4% of all offers, and IT/analytics positions had the best packages. In the case of the students of the PGPHRM, the HR management trainee jobs constituted 43 per cent of the placements, a fact that underscores the increasing significance of specialisation of HR functions in the corporate frameworks.
