XLRI Jamshedpur has opened registrations for a new batch of its executive programme focused on Digital HR and AI-based HR analytics. Now, Students can pursue an executive course in HR in Distance from XLRI Jamshedpur, it’ll be a 10 month hybrid programme designed to support career growth in the field of HR management with a focus on digital transformation.
The course is designed to train HR professionals in using technology, data and artificial intelligence to improve everyday work in the HR area, including hiring, employee performance and talent growth. XLRI Jamshedpur said the programme responds to the growing need for HR teams to understand analytics and AI as organisations are demanding data driven workforce.
Spanning 10 months, the XLRI Jamshedpur HR executive MBA programme will follow a blended learning model, with a mix of interactive online sessions and classroom learning at the XLRI Jamshedpur campus.
Participants will learn about modern HR systems, data analysis for HR, the role of AI and machine learning in HR functions, generative AI tools and responsible use of AI in managing people.
The programme is aimed at senior HR professionals, HR partners, consultants and those working in talent management and learning & development, along with experienced HR practitioners seeking to upskill.
Eligibility Criteria for XLRI Executive Programme
Applicants should have completed a bachelor’s degree under the 10+2+3 system in any discipline or an equivalent diploma qualification from a recognised university approved by UGC, AICTE, DEC, or the State Government.
International candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university in their home country.
XLRI Jamshedpur online executive program in HR is open for professionals who have no less than four years of relevant professional experience in the HR domain.
