XLRI- Gurgaon campus, Xavier School of Management, is a prestigious Institute, which was founded in 2017 as the demand for responsible business leaders continues to be on the rise in North India. XLRI- Gurgaon campus has some postgraduate courses approved by the AICTE, such as flagship courses PGDM in Business Management (BM) and the PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Venture Creation (IEV). These full-time two-year programs intend to impart the students state-of-the-art management skills and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, XLRI Gurgaon also provides the Executive PGDM and Fellow Program in Management (FPM and EFPM), which suits all experienced people in their careers and those who are interested in research. There are also online courses provided in the institute, e.g. PGDBM, PGDHRM, PGDF and certificate courses EDHRM, FPM and EFPM. XLRI Xavier School of Management Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
To seek admission into the flagship Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programs in Business Management (BM) and Human Resource Management (HRM), the candidates must have a minimum of a 3-year bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Senior students who have fulfilled the requirements till June 2025 are also eligible to apply. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2026), conducted by XLRI, is the major mode of admission by the institute. The selection is done on a comprehensive basis that involves effectiveness in entrance tests, academic career, work experience (in case), extracurricular activities and performance on group discussions and personal interviews.
For the PGDM in General Management (GM) curriculum, applicants must pass the following criteria: they must have worked full time (at least three years) since their graduation. The applicant must have a bachelor's degree in any field. One can apply via XAT, GMAT or GRE scores. The criteria of selection are based on the test scores, work experience, academic records, and proficiency in the personal interview.
In the case of PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (IEV), the candidates will be required to have a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised institution.
Admission seekers can present the scores of different entrance tests such as XAT, GMAT and GRE. The candidate selection is based upon the entrance examination scores, performance in the interview and the entrepreneurial attitude and potential.
FPM, at doctoral level, offered by XLRI requires the candidate to have a master's degree or equivalent in any stream with at least 55% marks. The other options available to such applicants are those who are professionally qualified (CA, ICWA, or CS) or have a four-year engineering degree (minimum 60%) along with 55 % marks. The selection process depends on the XAT, GMAT scores, GRE, UGC NET/JRF scores, GATE, personal interview, etc.
Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) is designed specifically to suit senior professionals and executives. The candidates should possess a Master's degree with 55 % marks and five years of managerial or executive work experience. Selection criteria: The academic qualification will be moderated along with the professional experience, as well as the performance at the interviews and presentation of the research proposal.
