Railway Recruitment Board, popularly abbreviated as RRB has formally announced the exam calendar for the RRB Group D 2025 recruitment process. The test is part of the largest government employment selection process in India to enlist more than one crore candidates to fill Level 1 jobs under.
As per the recent notification released on the official RRB websites, the Computer-Based Test for Group D jobs will be conducted from 17 November 2025 and will be held in phases across various regions. The examination will be ongoing until December 2025 based on the number of candidates and logistical facilities.

RRB Group D 2025 City Intimation Slip
The candidates will be permitted to download their City Intimation Slip about 10 days prior to the date fixed for their exam. The slip will mention the city where the exam center of the candidate is situated. It is not the admit card but assists candidates in advance planning of transportation and accommodation.
To download the city slip candidates need to log in on their respective RRB regional websites by using their registration number and date of birth.
RRB Group D 2025 Admit Card Release
The RRB Group D Admit Card 2025 will be available for download 4 days prior to the candidate’s exam date. The admit card will contain essential details such as:
Candidate’s name and photograph
Roll number and registration ID
Exam center address
Reporting time and shift details
Important instructions for exam day
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, voter ID, or driving license) to the exam center. Entry will not be permitted without these documents.

RRB Group D 2025 Selection Process
Candidates who qualify the CBT will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), followed by Document Verification and a Medical Examination. Final selection will be based on merit and medical fitness.
