The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2026) Re-exam OMR sheets and final answer keys anytime soon. Candidates can download the Final Answer Key using their login credentials, which are their application number and password. In addition to this, the final answer key will be released based on objections raised by the candidates against the provisional answer key. The Final Answer Key will be released along with the results or before the results, and till now, the agency has received 10,000 objections from the candidates.

However, NTA has not released an official release date for the results, but it is expected that the NTA will release the Re-NEET Results 2026 before or on 20th July 2026. Typically, the NEET OMR response sheet 2026 is provided to candidates along with the provisional answer key. NTA has released the re-NEET provisional answer key for codes 50, 60, 70, and 80, and OMR sheet scanning is still in process.

The Re-NEET entrance exam was conducted on 21st June 2026, and more than 20 lakh aspirants have appeared for this national-level entrance exam. Apart from this, NTA has released the provisional answer key for this entrance exam on 26th June 2026 so that the aspirants can check their answers and calculate their scores.

Amid the paper leak allegations, the NTA has again concocted Re-NEET 2026 on 21st June 2026. Along with that, the Agency has also released the provisional answer key so that the candidates can calculate and check their responses in the exam. How to Download Re-NEET UG OMR Sheets 2026? 

Eligible candidates can download the Re-NEET OMR Sheets 2026 and Final Answer Key from the official website once the NTA activates the link. Additionally, to download the OMR sheets along with the Final Answer Key, candidates must have their login credentials ready. To avoid any kind of last-minute mistake or hassle, applicants are advised to follow the steps given below. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA, which is https://neet.nta.nic.in/. 

Step 2: Now, on the homepage, click on the link of "NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination OMR Response Sheetâ€.

Step 3: Complete the login process and enter the application number and password. 

Step 4: The NEET OMR Sheet will be displayed on the screens. Check and download the sheet for future reference. 

Step 5: Compare the recorded responses with the provisional or final answer keys that were marked by the candidates during the re-exam.

Re-NEET 2026 Exam Marching Scheme

After the release of the NEET 2026 final answer key, candidates can check their scores in the exam. Also, they can check the marking scheme for the NEET 2026 final answer key, which is given below.

• Marks for Correct response: +4 marks
• Marks for Incorrect response: -1 mark
• Unanswered question: 0 marks 

Also, according to the official NEET 2026 final answer key, two Physics questions have resulted in bonus marks for eligible candidates. One question has been dropped completely, which means every candidate who appeared for the exam will receive 4 bonus marks. Another Physics question has been given two correct answers. For this question, candidates who selected either of the two options declared correct by the NTA will be awarded 4 marks.
