The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the city intimation slips for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026 for exams scheduled on March 6 and March 7. Candidates appearing on the given dates can now check their allotted exam city by visiting the official websites of NTA.
However, CUET PG 2026 will be conducted from March 6 to March 27 in multiple phases. The city intimation slips for the remaining exam dates will be released gradually. As candidates are advised to keep checking the official website regularly for updates. To download the city slip, students must log in using their application number and password or date of birth.
The NTA has clearly stated that the city intimation slip is not the admit card. It only provides advanced information about the city where the examination centre will be located. This helps candidates plan their travel and stay arrangements in advance. The admit card for CUET PG 2026 will be released separately. Hall tickets are expected to be available three to four days before the actual exam date.
CUET PG 2026 Exam Pattern, Registration Details, and Language Options
This year, CUET PG 2026 will be held in 44 shifts, and each shift will be of 90 minutes. A total of 4,11,366 unique candidates have registered for the exam across 157 subjects. During the application process, candidates were allowed to select up to four test papers or subjects. If candidates face any issues while downloading the city intimation slip, they can contact the NTA helpdesk.
As for the exam medium, most question papers will be available in English and Hindi (bilingual). However, there are some exceptions. The 41 language papers for MTech or higher science courses will be conducted only in English. Acharya papers will be held in Sanskrit, except for the Indian Knowledge System and Baudha Darshana, which will be offered in Hindi, Sanskrit, and English. Hindu Studies papers will be available in Hindi and English. Candidates are advised to carefully check all details mentioned in their city slip and wait for the admit card release for further instructions.
