The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an important advisory for candidates appearing in the NEET Re-Exam 2026 and has decided to open a Bank Account Re-confirmation/Correction Window. Students have been asked to verify their bank account details for the fee refund process before downloading their admit cards from the official website.
According to the official notice, NTA is currently processing refunds of the NEET UG 2026 exam fee. While checking the details, it found that some candidates had entered wrong or incomplete bank information, including invalid account numbers. To fix this, NTA has opened a Bank Account Re-confirmation and Correction Window so students can update or confirm their details and make sure the refund will be made to the correct account number
Candidates can access this facility only after completing OTP-based verification on their registered mobile number. Once verified, they can log in to the NEET UG 2026 portal using their application number and password to check, update, or confirm their bank details.
The NEET Re-Exam 2026 admit card has been released on 14 June 2026. However, the Re NEET UG exam is scheduled to be held on 21 June 2026. Candidates can download it using their application number and date of birth. Before proceeding with the admit card download, candidates are advised to review their refund-related bank details and make corrections, if required.

How to Check and Update NEET UG 2026 Refund Bank Details
The NTA has asked candidates to first check and update their bank account details for the NEET UG 2026 fee refund before downloading the NEET re exam admit card.
To complete the fee refund verification and update process, all the candidates are required to follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Visit the official NEET website at https://neet.nta.nic.in/
Step 2: Scroll down and click on the āFee Refund Verification linkā available on the candidate activity board.
Step 3: Enter your application number, password and captcha code in the given fields.
Step 4: Complete OTP verification, which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 5: Log in to access your bank details.
Step 6: Check and correct the details if required.
Step 7: Confirm and submit the updated information.
