The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG re-exam admit card 2026 on its official website on 14 June 2026. Candidates who have registered for the NEET UG re exam 2026 can now download their hall ticket by logging in with their application number and Date of Birth. Candidates should verify their Bank Account details for refund before downloading the Admit Card. 

The admit card is an important document for the NEET UG exam 2026 and without it, students will not be allowed to enter the examination centre. How to Download the RE-NEET UG 2026 Admit Card

Candidates can download their NEET UG re exam admit card 2026 easily by following these simple steps. The admit card is a mandatory document and is required to appear for the examination.

Step 1: Visit the official NEET UG website, which is https://neet.nta.nic.in/ 

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the link that says “Admit Card for NEET UG 2026 Re-examination”. The link will be available on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth and security code in the given fields.

Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button to proceed.

Step 5: The NEET admit card will appear on your screen.

Step 6: Check all the details carefully and download it.

Step 7: Take a printout of the admit card for the exam day use.

Mandatory Documents Required for Exam Day 

Candidates appearing for the NEET UG exam 2026 must carry some important documents to the exam centre to avoid any issues on the exam day.

They need to bring a printed copy of the RE-NEET 2026 admit card including all pages and the self-declaration part. A valid original ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID or Passport is also required. Candidates should also carry passport-size photographs as asked during registration and make sure a recent photo is properly pasted on the admit card in the given format.

Important Instructions: Students will not be allowed to carry any electronic items like mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices or any other electronic gadgets inside the exam hall. Students also need to make sure that wearing shoes with thick soles or clothes with large buttons is not allowed.
