As per the latest notification, the last date for applying to GATE 2026 is the 28th of September 2025. Students still have a chance to apply after this deadline as well, but with a late fee submission. The registrations will take place in two cycles, one is those without a late fee, which is still the 28th of September and the second from the 29th of September to the 9th of October 2025 with a late fee. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2026 (GATE) is being organised by the IIT Guwahati this year. Interested students need to apply for the test on the official website- https://gate2026.iitg.ac.in/index.html.
