The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Common University Entrance Test β Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026 exam today, 10th March 2026, in three shifts. The Day 5 Shift 1 exam is completed, which is conducted in Computer Based test (CBT) mode across the country. NTA conducted the CUET PG 2026 Day 5 Shift 1 entrance exam from 9am to 10:30am. The medium of instruction for CUET PG 2026 was bilingual (English and Hindi). However, the MTech/Higher Sciences papers were in English only; the Acharya papers were in Sanskrit and Knowledge Systems, and the Buddhist Philosophy papers were in three languages ββ(Hindi, Sanskrit, and English). CUET PG 2026 Documents to Carry
Candidates who are appearing for the CUET PG entrance exam need to carry all the important documents along with them, as entry to the examination hall without the important documents will not be permitted. Candidates need to carry one of the following:
Two passport-size photographs.
Original valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar.
PAN card
Driving licence
Voter ID
Passport
Aadhaar card
e-Aadhaar
Ration card
Aadhaar enrolment number with photograph
Apart from this, candidates are also required to carry the hall tickets along with them to the examination hall.
CUET PG 2026 Exam Guidelines
Before conducting the Common University Entrance Test β Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026 exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued some advisories and guidelines which are necessary for the candidates to follow. The guidelines issued by NTA are as follows:
Candidates should not adopt any Unfair means in the examination centre.
Candidates should not carry electronic devices, mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators to the examination centre.
Packed Food items like chocolates or sandwiches are also not allowed in the examination centre.
Candidates should check the exam centre hall at least one day before the examination to avoid any last-minute issues.
PwD/PwBD candidates are advised to visit the venue and report any centre-specific issues to NTA immediately.
Candidates who did not register using their aadhar must reach the centre one hour before the gate closing time for verification.
