Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has formally made public the CAT 2025 Final Answer Key on December 17, 2025, giving a long-awaited, clear view to more than 2.5 lakh candidates who took the CAT exam this year. As the objection window has been closed, the examination process is in its last stage. Therefore, CAT 2025 results are likely to be released shortly, probably around December 22, 2025.
Earlier, the CAT 2025 answer key and response sheets were made available, and the candidates were permitted to raise objections till December 10, 2025. After reviewing all objections, IIM Kozhikode has finalised the answer key. As per the official update, no further changes or requests will be accepted now.
Such a fierce competition was seen this year with over 295 thousand candidates registered and about 258 thousand candidates appearing for the exam. Candidates can now figure out their approximate raw scores with the final answer key released and thereby, they can have a tentative idea of their admission chances.
CAT 2025 Final Answer Key Highlight: Change in Slot 1 Question
One major correction has been implemented to the Slot 1 logarithm question. Several institutes and students raised their voices against the CAT 2025 provisional answer key that mentioned "2" while the correct answer was "0." After the review, the answer has been changed in the CAT 2025 final answer key, which is a great relief to many candidates.
