Candidates who received seats in Phase 1 Round 2 Counselling need to complete the provisional admission process on September 20 and 21, 2026. Along with this, applicants are also required to visit the allotted institute for physical document verification and admission or withdrawal confirmation between September 20 and 22, 2026. Applicants are also required to pay the WBJEE Seat Acceptance Fee of INR 2,000.

Candidates who want to upgrade their seat in Phase 2 Round 2 of DCAP must also complete the admission process before the deadline. Candidates who have not been allotted a seat will be considered for Round 2.
