The UCEED 2026 (Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design) and CEED 2026 (Common Entrance Exam for Design) registration window closes today at 5 PM, marking the last time that aspiring students can apply to the two exams with late fees. Both exams conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) open doors to the 2026 academic year B.Des, M.Des, and PhD programmes.
Those who failed to apply within the normal period now have the option of a late fee of INR 500 until the deadline. The applications of UCEED 2026 and CEED 2026 through the official portals have reached the deadline. Students should note that the tests are scheduled on 18 January 2026, will be held between 9 am and 12 pm.

Step 1: Go to the official portals: in the case of UCEED, one should go to uceedapp.iitb.ac.in, and in the case of CEED, one should go to ceedapp.iitb.ac.in.
Step 2: Complete the full registration information, personal data, educational history, and selection of test centres.
Step 3: Add the necessary documents and continue to pay the application fee with a late fee.
Step 4: Check the form that has been submitted; no edit window might be provided in the future.
