SSC GD Results 2025 Live Update: The Service Staff Commission (SSC) has released the merit list and the state-wise cutoff for the SSC GD 2025 examination. The SSC GD results were announced on 17 June 2025 in the form of a scorecard and merit list. Candidates who appeared in the examination can check and download their respective results on the SSC's official website.
Around 391,599 candidates qualified for the examination, in which there were approximately 40,047 female candidates and 351,552 male candidates who are now eligible for the next phase of the SSC GD examination. There are a total of 53,690 vacancies open for the constable post in various forces. The SSC GD 2025 examination was held from 4 February 2025 to 25 February 2025 to select candidates for this particular post. Step-by-step guide to download the SSC GD Results 2025 PDF
Step 1. Candidates who appeared in the examination need to head to the official website of the SSC at ssc.gov.in
Step 2. Go to the results tab and search for “SSC GD Results 2025.”
Step 3. After locating the result PDF, download and save it.
Step 4. Go through the PDF to find the candidate’s name and roll number. Or just simply press “Control F” and enter the candidate’s details to know if their name is on the merit list.
SSC GD 2025 Marking Scheme
The SSC GD 2025 examination was conducted in online mode in multiple centers across the nation. There were a total of 80 questions divided into multiple sections. Candidates could score a maximum of 160 marks. The marking scheme of SSC GD 2025 was as follows:

What happens next?
The candidates who cleared the cut-off and secured a place on the merit list are now eligible for the next phase of the examination. Eligible candidates will have to appear in the Physical Efficiency Test and then the Physical Standard Test. These tests allow examiners to assess candidates' physical fitness.
Afterwards, candidates need to verify their documents and go through a medical examination to complete the selection process. Candidates who qualify for all of the mentioned rounds will receive an offer letter from SSC to join the services.
