The Nottingham Trent University (NTU), UK, has announced to offer merit-based scholarships for Indian students who are enrolled in the postgraduate programmes at the start of January 2026. The scholarships will cover 50% of tuition fees for eligible students. Aspiring students can choose from programmes in Technology, Business, Art and Design, Social Science, and Architecture.

Indian Prestigious University Award of £4,000
NTU International Merit Scholarship of £3,000
NTU International Scholarship of £2,000
The aspirant who takes admission for study at NUT in January 2026 is considered for this scholarship award. The deadline for the scholarship application is November 12, 2025 (16:00 GMT). Last year, the NTU awarded more than 1300 scholarships to its students from more than 80 countries.
Eligibility for the Indian Prestigious University Award
Those candidates who completed their undergraduate program from any of the following universities are eligible for the India Prestigious University Award scholarship: Delhi University, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Mumbai University, Kolkata (Calcutta) University, Madras (Chennai) University, or Bangalore University.
To qualify for the India Prestigious University Award, candidates must meet the following academic qualifications:
Students who passed with First Class: 70% or above, 7.0/10 CGPA, or 6.0/7 CGPA will get the reward of £4,000.
Students who passed with Second Class: 55% or above, 5.5/10 CGPA, or 4.5/7 CGPA will get the reward of £3,000.
To apply for the scholarship program in NTU, candidates need to fill out the university application form and check the box indicating they wish for the India Prestigious University Award. Also, candidates need to fill out the complete scholarship application form if they want to be considered for awards covering up to 50% of their tuition fee.
