NEET PG Result 2025: Merit List For 50% All India Quota Seats Released By NBEMS

The NEET PG 2025 merit list of 50% of the All India Quota Seats has been released by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences on its official website. The candidates who have appeared in the exam to get admission in MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses/Post MBBS DNB/ DrNB (Direct 6 years) Courses and NBEMS Diploma Courses (2025-26 admission session) through AIQ seats can now check the result on the NBEMS website. 

The NEET PG 2025 result was declared on 19 August 2025 by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The merit list for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats is now available on the official website https://natboard.edu.in/. This list includes the names, roll numbers, scores, and ranks of candidates who have qualified for MD, MS, DNB, DrNB, and diploma courses. 

To be eligible for admission, candidates had to score above the cut-off marks set for their category. The merit list shows each candidate’s overall rank, AIQ rank, category rank and these ranks will be used during the counselling process, which is expected to begin soon. Candidates can download their scorecards by 5 September 2025, and they must keep them safe for the admission process.   • NEET-PG 2025 rank- It is the overall position of the student among all those who have appeared in the NEET-PG 2025 examination.

  • All India Quota rank - It is the overall merit of the students among all the students who have appeared in the NEET-PG 2025 and are eligible for AIQ counselling.

  • All India Quota category rank- This is the overall merit position of the candidate, category-wise, like (OBC/SC/ST/EWS), among the candidates of the same category who are eligible for AIQ counselling.

NEET PG 2025 Counselling

After the declaration of the results and release of the merit list, the NEET PG 2025 counselling is scheduled to begin in the third week of September. It will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) through an online process. Candidates who qualified in the exam can register on the MCC website and fill in their choices for courses and colleges. Round 1 of the counselling will include registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting. Counselling in Round 2 consists of a mop-up round, and a stray vacancy round will follow in the coming months. Each round has fixed dates, and candidates must follow them carefully. The final seat allotment of the candidates depends on their rank, category, and choices filled by them during counselling.
