The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the NEET UG 2026 Counselling process soon.  The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already announced the NEET Re-Exam 2026 results on 16 July 2026. Candidates who have qualified the NEET exam will be required to complete the online registration, pay the counselling fee, select their preferred colleges and lock their choices within the stipulated time frame.

The MCC will conduct counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, including seats available in deemed universities, central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and other participating medical institutes. The remaining 85% state quota seats will be allotted through separate counselling processes conducted by respective state authorities.

MCC will conduct the NEET UG 2026 counselling in multiple phases, which include Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates are advised to keep all their required documents ready at the time of counselling for verification. • All MBBS and BDS seats of BHU
• All MBBS seats offered by AIIMS across India
• MBBS seats at JIPMER, including open and domicile quota seats
