The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has published the official counselling timetable for NEET PG 2025, which is the basis for admission to medical postgraduate courses under the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) and the 100% of seats in Deemed, Central, and AFMS institutions.
There will be a total of four rounds, including a Stray Vacancy Round, and the entire counselling will be carried out online. The timeline for the entire NEET PG 2025 counselling process began on October 17, 2025, with the commencement of the academic session scheduled for December 8, 2025.

Important Instructions for Candidates
Timely Registration: It is mandatory for candidates to register and pay the fees within the given time. Delayed payments will not be allowed.
Choice Filling & Locking: After locking, choices cannot be changed. It is better to check the preferences thoroughly before the window for the final submission is closed.
Document Verification: Candidates must have all the required documents ready for verification, such as the degree certificate of MBBS, the completion certificate of the internship, the NEET PG scorecard, and a valid ID.
Reporting Deadlines: Not reporting to the allotted institute within the specified time may lead to the cancellation of the seat.
Participation in Stray Vacancy Round: Candidates who do not have a seat after Round 3 may take part in the Stray Vacancy Round to get the remaining seats.
