Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Registration 2026: Class 6 Registration Date Extended Till 27 August 2025

The registration deadline for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test has now been pushed until 27 August 2025. Before this, the last date to apply for the examination was 29 July 2025. This exam is conducted to select candidates for admission to the 6th class in various JNS campuses. Only candidates born between 1 May 2014 and 31 July 2016 are eligible to sit for the examination and take admission.

Eligible candidates can apply with any computer or laptop for free of cost. The examination for the summer bond JNVs will be held on 13 December 2025, and for the winter bond JNVs, the set date is 11 April 2025. The JNVST 2026 will be conducted in pen & paper mode.

The registration process for JVNST 2026 is currently open, and the last date to submit it is 27 August 2025. Interested candidates need to follow the instructions mentioned below to register for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya admissions. 

Step 1. Go to the official portal of JVS and find the application form for JVNST 2026.

Step 2. Fill in the required personal and academic information as shown in the picture above.

Step 3. Candidates will be required to submit documents such as their photograph, signature, parent’s signature, Aadhaar card etc. 

Step 4. Candidates can fill and submit the JVNST application form from any desktop or they can go to the help desk for more information. 

Step 5. The application form is free of cost, so candidates need to fill all the details mentioned above and submit the form before 27 August 2025. 

JVNST 2026 Eligibility Criteria For Class 6 Admission

Only candidates who fulfill the following criteria are eligible to apply for the JVNST 2026 examination and get admission to the 6th class in any campus of JNV.
