Gramin Dak Sevak posts have released all merit lists for the India Post GDS on the official website of the India Post. Candidates can check their names in the list by visiting indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. The list released officially displays the names of shortlisted candidates for Gramin Dak Sevak posts according to the states.
It has been officially released that all candidates whose names are on the 6th merit list are required to get their documents verified through their respective divisional heads before 14/08/2025.
The divisional head details will be provided against the candidate’s name. In addition to this, the shortlisted candidates are required to report for verification along with the originals and two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the relevant documents.

The merit list is available for every state in a PDF format, and candidates can download the PDF from the official website. The merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates, category-wise reservation, and other eligibility criteria. All the selected candidates will have to go through the document verification process to confirm their eligibility and authenticity. Moreover, the selected candidates will receive details related to their posting and joining upon completion of the verification process.

Navigate to the row below ‘Candidate Grievances’
You’ll see a list with all the state names
Navigate to your state and you’ll see a list of shortlisted candidates
Click on Supplementary List IV to check your name
Download the PDF version of the list and have a hard copy ready for future reference.
Candidates are advised to look carefully for details like the division office, the name of the post, the community, the registration number, the marks obtained, and the documents to be verified.
