IIT Mandi Summer Internship 2026: Applications Open for UG, PG Students

Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT) is inviting applications for its Summer Internship Programme 2026. The internship is open to pre-final year undergraduate students and students who are currently in the first year of their postgraduate courses. Selected students will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000 for up to two months.
The last date to apply is March 30, and the internship will begin on May 25, 2026. During the internship, students will get practical research experience and work under the guidance of IIT Mandi faculty members in different research fields.

Who Is Eligible for the Internship?
Students from 68 institutes across India that have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IIT Mandi can apply. Applicants should check whether their institute is included in the approved MoU list before applying.
Students who are in the pre-final year of their Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or those who are in the first year of any postgraduate (PG) course are eligible to apply.
