Indian Institute of Management Mumbai has started the application process for its Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Leadership for Manufacturing. This course is aimed at professionals who are in their mid-career and wish to broaden their management skills as well as understand the linkage of daily operations with the overall business strategy for fast and sustainable growth.
The programme, coordinated by Prof. Ravindra Gokhale, will be conducted offline at the IIM Mumbai campus. It consists of five days of face-to-face sessions. This programme is suitable for middle-level professionals from any industry with 4 to 10 years of work experience, particularly those who wish to enhance their cross-functional leadership skills and be promoted to more challenging roles. Only 35 seats are available for the programme, and the application deadline is November 29, 2025. The new batch will commence in mid-April 2026, and the program fee is INR 16,32,000.
About the General Management Programme
The programme uses a teaching style that is primarily focused on practical learning and real-world experience. Participants will learn through interactive lectures, case studies, group activities, role plays and management games. Such a participative approach allows them to apply the concepts to actual scenarios, enhance their problem-solving abilities, and get a deeper insight into how organisations function.

Those candidates who fulfil the criteria and are shortlisted will receive an invitation for the subsequent stages of the selection process.
