GUJCET 2026 Registration Closes Today with Late Fee: Here's How to Apply

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB), Gandhinagar, is going to close the application window for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026 today, January 16, with a late fee. The qualified candidates can fill their application forms and submit them online at the official website. GUJCET 2026 is the qualifying exam for admission to engineering and pharmacy courses offered by colleges all over Gujarat. The exam will be conducted physically on March 29, 2026.
Candidates applying today are required to pay a total application fee of INR 1,350, which includes a regular fee of INR 350 and a late fee of INR 1,000. The fee can be paid online using credit card, debit card, net banking, or through the SBI ePay facility, which is also available at SBI branches.

Step 3: Enter essential details and set a login ID.
Step 4: Fill up the GUJCET 2026 application form with legit details.
Step 5: Choose any desirable mode of payment to pay the application fee.

GUJCET 2026 Exam Schedule and Structure
The GUJCET 2026 examination will be conducted in three shifts for candidates from the HSC Science stream belonging to Group A, Group B, and Group AB. The Physics and Chemistry paper will be held from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by Biology from 1 pm to 2 pm, and Mathematics from 3 pm to 4 pm.
Candidates who want to get admission in engineering programs, should take the test of Group A. Those who want to apply for pharmacy courses should opt for Group B. Students who want to get admission in both engineering and pharmacy should go for Group AB.
GUJCET 2026 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
GUJCET 2026 examination will be for 180 minutes and there will be a total of 120 multiplechoice questions in the test, with 40 questions from each subject. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. No marks will be awarded/deducted for questions left unanswered.
