GUJCET Exam Overview 2025: GUJCET 2025 is a state-level entrance exam for students who want to study Engineering (BTech) or Pharmacy (BPharma) in colleges across Gujarat. This exam is only for students who want to get admission to colleges within the state. The exam is organised by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). It is conducted in offline mode, which means students have to give the exam using pen and paper.

The application process of the GUJCET exam started on 17 December 2024, and the last date for the application form was 15 January 2025. The admit card of the GUJCET exam was released on 11 March 2025. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced that the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 was held on March 23, 2025, and the result was declared on May 5 2025, on the official website of the GUJCET exam 2025. The provisional answer key was released on April 1, 2025, and candidates had until April 5, 2025, to raise any objections or corrections about the answer key, and the final answer key was declared on April 10 2025.

There are a total of 120 questions in the exam. These questions come from three subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. (Students who want to go into Pharmacy can choose Biology instead of Mathematics.) The total time given to complete the exam is 3 hours. Also, students should be careful because there are negative markings. This means marks will be deducted if a wrong answer is given.

Candidates should be Indian citizens and live in Gujarat. They should have passed 12th grade (or an equivalent exam) with Physics and Mathematics/biology as main subjects. GUJCET Exam Pattern 2025

GUCET exam is a state-level examination conducted through Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). The exam was based on the Pen and Paper offline mode. This exam is divided into 3 parts like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. There will be 120 multiple-choice questions, and 3 hours are given to solve this exam; each correct answer is awarded 1 mark, and 0.25 marks are deducted for the incorrect answer. GUJCET exam was conducted with 2 papers, Paper 1 was Physics and Chemistry, and Paper 2 was Mathematics/Biology.

The application process for GUJCET 2025 has started on the official website gujcet.gseb.org. It began on 17 December 2024, and the last date to apply was on 15th of January. GUJCET Exam 2025 Admit Card

The GUJCET exam admit card was released by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) on its official website. Students who have completed their registration can download the admit card from the official website. The admit card was released on 11 March 2025. This is a very important document for the exam; without an admit card, candidates must carry 2 prints of the admit card with a valid ID proof on the examination day.
