Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati releases the subject-wise exam schedule of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 Exam on 17 November 2025. The GATE exam will be conducted on 7, 8, 14, and 15 February 2026 in two shifts each day (morning and afternoon). The morning shift timing is between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm, and the afternoon shift is scheduled between 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The GATE is a nationwide entrance examination required for admission to postgraduate courses in engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce, arts, and humanities. It is set to take place over four days in February next year. The results of the exam will be published on 19 March 2026 on the GATE 2026 official website.
