IIT Guwahati has officially released the GATE 2026 admit cards today on January 13, 2026. The admit cards are available for download from the GOAPS portal.
On January 2, 2026, IIT Guwahati conveyed through a notification that they have postponed the release of the admit cards. They did not mention the reason for the delay, although, in general, such rescheduling is normally due to technical or administrative difficulties.

Step 2: On the homepage, fill in the required fields including Enrollment ID, Password and Captcha. For the Captcha, the candidate have to solve a simple arithmetic expression and then login.
Step 3: After submitting, the admit card will be opened in the window. Candidates should download and print the admit card for exam day use.

While the admit card release has been delayed, IIT Guwahati has made mock test links live on the official portal. This helps candidates familiarise themselves with the exam interface and practice under simulated exam conditions.
