COMEDK 2026 Counselling: Online Registration Window Open, Check Steps to Apply

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has started the COMEDK UGET 2026 counselling registration process on 30 May at 10:30 AM. Those candidates who qualified in the entrance exam can now complete their COMEDK Counselling Registration online and upload the required documents through the official portal. 

The authority declared the COMEDK Result 2026 on 29 May 2026. All the candidates are advised to download and keep a printed copy of their rank card, which is available through the applicant COMEDK Login Portal on the official website.

According to the schedule, the COMEDK 2026 Counselling registration and document upload process will remain open until 8 June 2026, up to 2 PM. However, the COMEDK UGET 2026 examination was held on 9 May 2026. 

The COMEDK counselling process is conducted in online mode. During counselling, candidates will be required to fill in their preferred colleges and courses. The allotment of seats will depend on factors like the candidate's rank in COMEDK UGET 2026, the choices submitted during the counselling process and the availability of seats in participating institutions. 

Through COMEDK counselling, UGET 2026 candidates can get admission to various undergraduate Engineering and Architecture programmes offered by participating colleges.

Candidates can begin their registration to complete the COMEDK UGET 2026 counselling process by following the steps given below.

Step 1: Visit the official website at https://comedk.org/ and click on the log in option.

Step 2: Log in using your application number and password. 

Step 3: Register for the counselling and pay the required registration fee online (if applicable).

Step 4: Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format to complete the verification.

Step 5: Submit the counselling form after checking all details and then wait for document verification approval from COMEDK.

Step 6: Fill in your choice of colleges and courses.

Step 7: Seats will be allotted based on rank, choices and availability.

COMEDK UGET 2026 Counselling: Eligibility and Documents Required

The candidates who want to take part in COMEDK UGET 2026 counselling must have qualified for the COMEDK undergraduate entrance exam and hold a valid rank card. They should also pass class 12 with 45% marks in PCM/PCB subjects. Only those candidates who meet this condition are eligible to register for the counselling process for admission to engineering courses in participating colleges of Karnataka.

For document verification, candidates are required to keep all important certificates ready. These include the COMEDK UGET 2026 rank card, admit card, Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet and a valid photo identity proof. Candidates must also upload a category or reservation certificate if applicable. Applicants must make sure that all documents are submitted online in the prescribed format only.
