0 to 1- Hack with Uttar Pradesh is being hosted on 01 November 2025 by the Chandigarh University, Uttar Pradesh (CU-UP), along with its Technology Business Incubator (TBI) and Student Innovation Cell (IEDC). This is India’s first-ever hackathon focused on Agentic Artificial Intelligence, which is designed to encourage new innovation ideas and entrepreneurship in AI. This event is the indicator that shows how CU is a pivotal player in India’s vision to become a global AI powerhouse.
The winner of this hackathon will win the price of $25000 prize tool. The hackathon attracts the brightest and most passionate AI enthusiasts, offering them a platform to showcase their skills and make an impact.
What’s the Hackathon About?
The CU-UP hackathon is a 30-hour event where teams work together to create new AI solutions using their creativity and collaboration skills. The hackathon is powered by Blackbox AI, in partnership with HACK WITH INDIA and Microsoft, with platform support from A1Space, Unstop, and Apna.
The hackathon is supported by prominent government organizations such as the Department of Science & Technology (DST), the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), the MeitY Startup Hub, and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), under the Startup India initiative.
Event Guidelines
Laptops must be brought by all participants.
Teams should be made up of 2 to 6 members each.
The venue will provide internet connectivity.
All coding and project work must be done within the hackathon duration.
Participants are expected to treat mentors, judges, and fellow competitors with respect.
