The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has officially released the NEET PG Counselling 2025 rank card for candidates appearing in the Postgraduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC-2025). The release marks the beginning of the first phase of the state’s medical postgraduate admission process. Candidates can now download their rank cards from the official website, using their PGMAC ID and date of birth.
The board has also confirmed the Round-1 counselling schedule, with the seat allotment result set to be published on November 26, 2025. Document verification and admission will take place from November 28 to December 1, 2025.
How to Download Bihar NEET PG 2025 Rank Card
The just published rank card is the main instrument through which Bihar NEET PG counselling is done. Based on it, a candidate will be given a priority of his/her position and then proper seat allocation will be done for MD, MS, and postgraduate diploma (PG diploma) courses in government as well as private medical colleges of the state.
Candidates must follow these steps to download the rank card:

Candidates that are allotted seat in Round-1 are required to report at the venue of verification on specified date(s). In case a candidate fails to report, he/she shall forfeit the seat and will have to wait for further rounds.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates are required to appear for document verification after the release of seat allotment list. BCECEB has stressed that this process is mandatory to confirm the allotted seat.
Students must carry these original documents along with photocopies:
NEET PG 2025 scorecard
PGMAC 2025 rank card
MBBS degree or provisional certificate
MBBS mark sheets (all years)
Internship completion certificate
Bihar domicile certificate (if applicable)
Category or EWS certificate (if applicable)
Government-issued photo ID
Any discrepancy, absence of a document, or provision of wrong information may result in the cancellation of the candidature. Candidates should take every precaution to have all the necessary documents ready well in advance so as not to face any complications at the last moment.

It is not necessary for candidates to register again if they want to take part in the next rounds after the first one in which they have not been able to get a seat. The board will also issue notices about the state merit list, seat matrix, and cut-off ranks to let the candidates be fully aware when they make their option-filling decisions.
