AILET 2026 Registration Updates: Application Process Starts From 7 August 2025, Check Details

The AILET 2026 application form for the upcoming exams will be made available from 7 August 2025 onwards. The aspirants seeking admission to the National Law University Delhi can fill out the form from the university’s website. The AILET 2026 application forms will be available till 10 November 2025 only. This exam is meant for selection of students for the graduate, postgraduate, and PhD level law programs colleges of NLU Delhi.
The fee for the application form was set between INR 1,500 to INR 3,500 based on the category of the candidate. Payment may be made through credit and debit, or UPI. AILET 2026 is scheduled for 14 December 2025 and is to be held in multiple locations across the country through an offline format. Candidates interested in appearing in the AILET 2026 examination need to follow the steps mentioned below to register for the examination set to be conducted on 14 December 2025:
Step 1. To start the application process, candidates need to land on the official website of the NLU Delhi - https://nludelhi.ac.in/.
Step 2. Then candidates need to first register themselves by giving basic details such as their name, email address, number, category, etc.
Step 3. Students will receive an OTP on the registered number, submit it in the necessary area.
Step 4. Find the application form for the AILET 2026 examination and fill in the required information. Carefully check all the details to ensure they're correct.
Step 5. Also submit the candidate’s passport-size photograph and a scanned copy of their signature. Both should be under the prescribed size.
Step 6. Now you need to verify that all the details are entered and click on the submit button.
AILET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
It is important to meet all the requirements for the BA.LLB program at NLU Delhi to get selected. Students must have finished their 10+2 formal education. Eligible to apply and appear for AILET. Must meet the eligibility criteria by the cut-off date (to be notified). Candidates in the compartment are ineligible.
Definition of Foreign National
A person holding citizenship of a country other than India and possessing a valid foreign passport.
