The result of the AIIMS BSc. Paramedical has been released by the AIIMS on its official website at aiimsexams.ac.in for the exams conducted on July 13, 2025, across 14 exam centres throughout the country. The candidates can now review and access their results. It is to be noted that the AIIMS has released the results in the form of a merit list, which entails the candidature roll number, category, total percentile and the equivalent rank scored. Step 1: Go to the official AIIMS website @aiimsexams.ac.in.
Step 2: Navigate to the Homepage and click on the ‘Results’ tab.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Academic Courses’ Section.
Step 4: Select the link with the text ‘Result of the AIIMS B.Sc. for Allied & Health Care (Erstwhile B.Sc. Paramedical) courses Entrance Examination for August-2025 session’
Step 5: The merit list for the AIIMS BSc. Paramedical results will be displayed. Download the merit list and check the result using the candidature roll number.

What is After the Result Declaration?
After the declaration of the results on, the candidates who qualified for the entrance will be eligible for the seat allocation. The AIIMS will be releasing the 1st round of provisional seat allocation on its official website. The whole process will be conducted in an online format. The provisionally qualified candidates will be provided with a time window for filling in their preferences, along with the guidelines and elaborated procedure of the seat allocation will be released shortly. Those who will not make it in the first round will have to wait for the second round of the seat allocation or will be advised to change their preferences accordingly.
