Indian Institute of Technology Indore Campus
Spread across 501.42 acres of land, IIT Indore is located at Simrol, 25 kilometres from the city of Indore. The vast campus of IIT Indore is endowed with various facilities located in a lush green environment. A special department, the Infrastructure Development Office (IDO), was created with the responsibility of operating and maintaining the infrastructure facilities at IIT Indore.

The IDO at IIT Indore is continuously upgrading and commissioning new infrastructural facilities inside the campus. IDO has two wings, the Project Wing and the Development Wing. To enhance research skills among students, IIT Indore is equipped with modern lab facilities for research and development purposes. Available lab facilities at IIT Indore are Civil Engineering Lab, Chemistry Lab, Computer Lab, Physics Lab, etc.
IIT Indore provides all the basic amenities to its students. IIT Indore has large hostel facilities provided to both boys and girls. There are a total of 5 hostels inside the campus with all the basic amenities like RO system, Internet connections and spacious rooms. IIT Indore has a large library with a collection of over 29,000 books, 6000 e-journals, and daily multilingual newspapers. Apart from these facilities, IITI has a spacious and hygienic cafeteria, which is developed for providing veg and non-veg food items.
The sports complex at IIT Indore has various court facilities, which include a Badminton Court, Volleyball Court, and Basketball Court. There are a total of more than 59 sports events conducted, and the total matches played is more than 645 at IIT Indore sports complex.
