The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has published the long-awaited results of the Clerkship (Part-I) Examination 2023, a significant milestone in the highly competitive recruitment of clerical jobs in the government of the state. On November 16 and 17, 202489,821 candidates passed the initial computer-based exam in various centres in West Bengal. These successful candidates can now take the next Part-II examination that will be the ultimate selection.

Step 2: On the homepage, you need to press the Results section.

Step 3: Click on the appropriate link to access the result that will be presented as a PDF file.

Step 4: Enter your roll number in the search box (Ctrl + F or Cmd + F) of the PDF file to locate your roll number.

Step 5: After finding your roll number, save the PDF result file on your device.

Step 6: Save and print a copy of the result to be used in future and in the process of Part-II examination.

What Next: Candidates Clearing WBPSC Clerkship Part-I

One of the most desirable government employment opportunities in West Bengal is the WBPSC Clerkship recruitment that attracts thousands of applicants every year. This year, a total of 676 positions in different departments of the state government were contested by the candidates in a multi-stage selection process. The Part-II examination will be a standard written examination, and then a typing and computer knowledge examination, which is necessary for the position of a clerkship.

Part-I examination category-wise cut-off marks are already published, and the overall category cut-off is 49 marks. The other cut-offs are 48 in OBC-A and OBC-B, 47 in SC and 29 in ST applicants.
