SSC CGL Answer Key 2025: Provisional Answer Key will be Released Today.webp

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) CGL 2025 answer key is finally out on October 16, 2025, and it has relieved lakhs of aspirants who have been waiting to get their performance reviewed. Applicants may now make objections between October 16 and 19, 2025, by paying the determined fee per question.

The answer key and results will be released at the end of October 2025, after considering all the objections. In order to get the key, the candidates will have to visit the ssc.gov.in and under the answer key link, they have to log in using their roll number and password, where they will be able to download their response sheet and answer key PFD.

How to download the Answer Key and Response Sheet

After the key is live, the candidates may proceed as follows (according to general SSC procedures):

Step 1: Visit the official site of SSC (ssc.gov.in).

Step 2: Find the link called SSC CGL 2025 Answer Key/Response Sheet.

Step 3: Enter your credentials, normally registration number, date of birth, or password.

It is recommended that the applicants should have their login details (registration/roll number and password) ready and watch the SSC site closely.

Raising Objections

The SSC will provide an opportunity for objections and the release of the provisional answer key. In this case of discrepancy, here is what the aspirants should know:

  • Candidates are allowed to dispute certain questions in case they feel that there is an error in the answer key.

  • Candidates would have to provide an explanation, and in most cases, they will have to provide the supporting evidence or reference.

  • There will be a nominal fee per question objection, the amount may be refunded in case their objection is approved.

  • The only objections that will be taken into account are those submitted through the online portal the other forms such as email or postal letters might not be acknowledged. The final answer key will then be published after review and will be utilized to prepare the results.

  • The candidates should always be able to present their objections within the deadline provided by the commissioner, usually, they are never given a second chance.

What’s Next?

When you have the answer key and your answers, you can get an estimate of your raw score on the mark scheme. It is important to keep in mind that normalization between shifts and ultimate analysis of the objections will affect your real score. In the meantime, candidates can start concentrating on the Tier 2 syllabus topics, revision plans, and time management plans. Being early will give candidates an advantage after the official results are announced. Until then, keep checking the official website of SSC to get a clear notification.
