Candidates who have appeared for the KCET entrance exam can download the provisional answer key from the official website of KEA. The steps to download the provisional answer key are as follows.
Step 1: Access the official website of KEA, i.e., kea.kar.nic.in.
Step 2: Now, click on the link for the KCET provisional answer.
Step 3: Log in by entering the application number/ registration number, the first four characters of the candidate’s name, and the date of birth.
Step 4: Select UGCET 2026 as the exam type, enter the captcha, and press Login.
Step 5: After login the provisional answer key will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Check the answer and calculate the scores.
KCET 2026: What After Provisional Answer Key?
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has opened the objections windows for the KCET entrance exam. Candidates who have any doubts or find any discrepancy in the KCET provisional answer key can raise objections against the question by 30th April 2026 till 5 pm. Applicants will also have to submit references or supporting proof for the question they are raising objections to, and there are no fees for objecting. Students can fill in the KCET answer key objection form on the official website of the board.
Additionally, when filling out the objection form, candidates should ensure they carefully select the subject, version code, and question paper before clicking submit. KEA will not entertain any objections that contain incorrect details.
