The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has revised the SRMJEEE 2026 exam dates for Phase 1. Earlier, the SRMJEEE exam was scheduled to be conducted from 23rd April 2026 to 28th April 2026. Now, this entrance exam will be conducted from 24th April 2026 to 29th April 2026. Candidates who are willing to appear for the SRMJEEE entrance exam phase 1 can complete the registration till 16th April 2026, as there is no change in the other dates. Furthermore, the phase 2 and phase 3 will be conducted as per the original schedule. The reason for changing the SRMJEEE Phase 1 exam dates is to allow registered candidates sufficient time to book their slots for the online examination. The authorities have not yet announced the dates for slot booking and downloading the hall tickets. The SRMIST will conduct the SRMJEEE entrance exam for the admission of candidates in the B.Tech programme across the SRM campuses. Candidates can appear in more than one phase, and the best score will be considered for the admission of the students.

SRMJEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To appear in the SRMJEEE entrance exam, candidates need to complete the eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates can fill out the application form on the official website of the university, and the university charges INR 1,400 as the non-refundable application fee. The requirements for appearing in the SRMJEEE entrance exam are given below.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 with a minimum 60% of marks in Physics (mandatory), Mathematics (mandatory) and at least one of Chemistry as a compulsory subject from a recognised educational board in India.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Residents and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), holders of a PIO or OCI card, should apply from the International Student application form only.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates must be 16 years and 6 months by 31st July 2026.
SRMJEEE Exam Pattern 2026
The SRMJEEE entrance exam will be conducted in online mode for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The medium of the exam will be English, and the total number of questions will be 130, which are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
