The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has declared the PUBDET 2025 counselling on its official website. This counselling is specifically for those students who are interested in getting admission to Presidency University, Kolkata for the academic year 2025–26. Only those students are eligible for the counselling process who have a rank in the PUBDET 2025 merit list. It will be conducted in two rounds. WBJEEB will release the full counselling schedule shortly. All shortlisted candidates must download their PUBDET 2025 rank card before they can register. PUBDET Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have appeared for PUBDET 2025 and obtained a general merit rank.
Applicants must be Indian citizens.
Candidates should have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination in the year 2020 or later from CBSE, West Bengal, or any other recognized board.
Applicants must have read at least five subjects, one of them English.
PUBDET Counselling 2025 Registration Process
Eligible candidates need to register online on wbjeeb.nic.in or wbjeeb.in by paying a non-refundable amount of INR 500. Registration requires them to fill their PUBDET roll number, personal and educational information, bank details, marks of Class 10 and 12, etc. After submitting the form, no changes can be made, so candidates should fill it carefully. Registration should be done prior to the commencement of the counselling process.
PUBDET Counselling 2025 Seat Allotment Process
Seat allotment will be done in two rounds. To confirm the seat allotment, candidates have to pay a seat acceptance fee of INR 1,000. Seats earmarked for categories such as SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS, and PwD will not be reallocated to general category seats. candidates who get allotment after seat allotment have to visit Presidency University for document verification and filling up admission formalities.

Parent's income certificate issued by BDO, SDO, any Group A government officer, employer's payslip, or latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
