The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the results for the Class 10th students. Students can now check and download their results by visiting the official websites at nios.ac.in or results.nios.ac.in by using their registration number and entering the captcha. NIOS April-May sessions exams for classes 10 and 12 were held from April 9, and the class 10th exams started with the Entrepreneurship paper and ended with Carnatic Sangeet, Employability Skills, and Sanskrit Sahitya on May 19.
According to the data shared by the NIOS board, a total of 1 lakh learners had registered for this year’s papers. Out of which 89,847 students appeared for the examination, and 56,350 passed the exam. It led to an overall pass percentage of 62.72%. Furthermore, the pass percentage for males was 62.31% and females pass percentage was 63.32%.
Ways To Download The Results
Below are steps that candidates can follow to download their results from the official website.
Step 1: Visit the official website: nios.ac.in or results.nios.ac.in.
Step 2: Once the site opens up, go to the results section and click on the ‘NIOS Class 10 Results 2025.'
Step 3: Candidates must enter their registration number and the Captcha code.
Step 4: Candidates must click on ‘Submit’ to view their scorecards.
Step 5: Candidates should download and keep a copy of their scorecard for future use.
How To Correct The Discrepancy In Results?
Once the results are declared, candidates must check their results thoroughly so that there are no discrepancies in them. However, if they find any discrepancies, here are the steps that they should take to correct them. Students can start applying for discrepancies from 2nd July 2025.
Step 1: Candidates must log in at sdmis.nios.ac.in.
Step 2: Once the site opens, candidates can register their discrepancy within 30 days from the result date.
Step 3: Authorities will look into the discrepancies and make changes, and then candidates can download the correct scorecard.
