NEET UG 2026 Biometric Verification Case
Candidates must undergo biometric verification after completing security checks at their NEET exam centre. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has defined some exceptions to this rule for cases where candidates cannot get their biometric verification completed, including those cases where:
The technology or hardware fails to complete verification
The quality or clarity of the candidate's biometrics prevent them from being able to be properly completed
Connection problems with the UIDAI system
The physical condition of the candidate prevents them from being able to provide biometric data
If a candidate has an exception and is not able to get their biometric verification completed, they must fill out a NEET Undertaking Form, which will be available at the examination centre.
NEET UG 2026:Self Declaration Form
All candidates must have an original, printed self-declaration form to get entry to the NEET 2026 examination centre. This form is also referred to as an undertaking form. Candidates must complete this form as per the published instructions to ensure no issues arise on examination day.
